Does my progress sync to a new device? +
Not yet — progress is saved locally on your device only. Cloud sync is on the roadmap. For now, your stars and unlocks live where you earned them.
How do I restore my purchases? +
Open the app → Settings → "Restore Purchases." The app will check your App Store or Google Play account and restore anything you've bought.
I want a refund. +
Refunds go through Apple or Google directly — we don't process payments ourselves.

Android: Open Google Play → Order history → tap the order → Request a refund.
I bought Napkin Doodle but it's not unlocked. +
First, try "Restore Purchases" in Settings. Still locked? Email us with your order number (Apple or Google receipt) and we'll fix it.
How do I delete my data? +
Uninstall the app. All local storage — progress, stars, unlocked themes — is deleted with it. We don't store anything on our servers.
Can you add more levels or themes? +
Yes, that's the plan. Email your ideas — they genuinely influence what gets built. If enough people ask for something, it gets prioritized.
What devices are supported? +
iOS 14 and above · Android 8.0 and above. Landscape orientation only — works great on phones and tablets.
The app crashed. +
We don't use crash-reporting SDKs — by design. So we rely on you to tell us what happened. Email with: your device model, iOS/Android version, and what you were doing when it crashed. That's enough for us to investigate.
